Florida based VistaPharm LLC is recalling in US one lot of ulcer treatment drug Sucralfate Oral Suspension due to Bacillus Cereus Microbial Contamination. The microbial contamination of the oral suspension has a risk of disseminated, life threatening infections such as endocarditis and necrotizing soft tissue infections
